How to apply
Applying to Shalom Business and Technology College is simple and convenient. The College offers two options for prospective students to complete their application process: 1. Online Application: Applicants can easily apply online through our official admissions portal at https://portal.shalomcollege.edu.et/. The platform allows students to create an account, fill out the application form, upload required documents, and track their admission status in real time. 2. In-Person Application: Students may also apply by visiting the College’s Admissions Office in Hawassa. Applicants can obtain and fill out the physical application form, submit the necessary documents, and receive direct guidance from the admissions staff. Both application methods ensure that every student has accessible and reliable options to join Shalom Business and Technology College and take the next step toward an inspiring academic journey.
Required Documents
Applicants to Shalom Business and Technology College are required to submit the following documents during the admission process: 1. Grade 8 Ministry Examination Passed Certificate 2. Grade 9–12 Academic Transcripts 3. Grade 12 Ethiopian National Examination (Metric) Passed Certificate 4. For Diploma Holders: • Diploma Certificate • COC Level IV Certificate
Payment Process
Applicants are required to complete the payment process as part of their admission procedure at Shalom Business and Technology College. 1. Registration Fee: • A non-refundable registration fee of 250 ETB must be paid at the time of application. 2. Tuition Fee: • The tuition fee is 150 ETB per credit hour. • Students can make payments either at the College’s Finance Office or through the designated bank accounts provided during registration.
